Are you excited about defining the next generation of AI-powered products and building teams that turn cutting-edge technology into real business impact?

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineering Manager who combines strong technical leadership with a passion for scaling teams, delivering innovative products, and shaping AI-native engineering practices.

What impact will you have?

• Drive and help define the AI Engineering strategy supporting the company's consumer AI agenda.
• Lead multiple multidisciplinary engineering teams building solutions powered by technologies such as Python, LangSmith, OpenAI, Gemini, Databricks, and modern agent frameworks.
• Establish best practices for AI-native product development, including evaluation frameworks, test sets, search systems, observability, and AI-focused CI/CD processes.
• Evaluate and introduce best-in-class open-source and commercial tools supporting MCP Servers, agent-to-agent communication, workflow orchestration, and AI development ecosystems.
• Enable teams to create innovative AI experiences, including streaming interactions, long-running workflows, procedural UX, and intelligent automation.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture focused on growth and continuous learning.
• Partner closely with product, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and long-term innovation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of post-degree experience in software engineering.
• 7+ years leading and developing high-performing Agile engineering teams.
• 2+ years delivering impactful, large-scale machine learning or AI-powered products.
• Proven experience building backend platforms that support multiple product lines.
• Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, LLM ecosystems, and agent-based architectures.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across technical, product, and business functions.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, or a related field.
