Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking experienced LCSW-S and LPC-S Supervisors to support the development, oversight, and clinical quality of associate-level therapists.
This role is not traditional clinical work—it is a high-impact leadership position focused on:
Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that every associate clinician operates within clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards, while maintaining alignment with Impireum’s whole-person care model.
The Senior Clinical Development Analyst will assist in the preparation and review of clinical and non-clinical documentation for regulatory submissions and contribute to clinical strategy discussions.
The Senior Manager, Clinical Supply will lead clinical demand and supply planning, ensuring sufficient vaccine and comparator supply for trials while managing packaging runs and logistics.
The Associate Director/Director of Clinical Operations Compliance will oversee adherence to standard procedures, support issue management, and ensure clinical programs are inspection ready.
The Senior Clinical Reimbursement Specialist will manage complex appeals, mentor team members, and drive improvements in revenue cycle operations.
The vIOP Clinical Quality Supervisor will deliver direct client care and oversee the management and clinical supervision of ASW therapists in a pediatric virtual Intensive Outpatient Program.
