- Help lay the infrastructure (HRIS, handbooks, onboarding, performance management) to support rapid headcount growth over the next five years.
- Turn HR processes (e.g., hiring, onboarding, performance reviews) into auditable scalable systems, each with their own KPIs.
- Team with hiring managers to quickly source and screen exceptional new hires.
- Ensure that IMPaCT culture can be scaled through initiatives like company retreats.
- Work with supervisors to manage a rapidly growing workforce, including corporate employees and frontline CHWs.
🛠️ Requirements
- 5+ years experience in People Ops/HR, preferably in a startup environment.
- Experience leading People Ops for a company with a front-line, home-based workforce.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Recent experience as an individual contributor with a hands-on attitude.
- Experience in healthcare and mission-driven organizations is a plus.
