- Build and optimize outbound sales infrastructure, including email automation, CRM workflows, and prospecting systems.
- Develop and manage lead generation pipelines using tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
- Design and implement data-driven growth experiments across outbound and inbound channels.
- Automate repetitive workflows using APIs, no-code/low-code tools, and integrations (e.g., Zapier, Make).
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve outreach effectiveness.
