Identify, recruit, and engage potential partners: influencers and affiliates (focus - Asian markets).
Build and systematically manage a pipeline of new potential partnerships.
Conduct negotiations both: internally and externally to materialize high-impact deals.

Run and monitor partners' marketing campaigns.

The Influencer Partnerships team drives measurable business growth by building strong, long-term relationships with creators. Our focus is on scaling markets, acquiring new clients, and helping our partners succeed through the right guidance, tools, and support.
Youβll work closely with Partnership Managers and the Partnerships Operations team, which supports the day-to-day technical side of our partnerships. Depending on the market and initiative, we also collaborate with Creative, YouTube, SEO, Affiliates, Finance, Product, Data, Paid Media, and other teams across Hostinger.
