Join the team building an AI-first company π
Hostinger serves more than 5.5 million clients across 150 countries, but we're still excited about what we're creating next.

If you want your work to influence both what we build and how we build it, we'd like to meet you.
Our culture: Guided by 10 company principles.
Your role at Hostinger
Content Team Lead (for tutorials) in the Content team. You'll own how Hostinger's tutorials get made - at speed, at quality, and at scale. From running the end-to-end production pipeline and setting the quality bar to developing a team of writers and editors, you'll be the person who turns SEO's planned topics into published tutorials that help millions of people succeed online. You'll work closely with the SEO team and report to the Head of Content.

Your day-to-day
Own the end-to-end tutorial production: pipeline, team, schedule, and throughput

Track throughput, spot bottlenecks early, and resolve issues before they escalate
Set and document the quality bar for all tutorials: human-written and AI-generated, and make sure your team delivers it
Manage, develop, and give regular performance feedback to a team of writers and editors
Identify skillset gaps: close them through hiring, onboarding and developing the people you already have
Build a self-sufficient team that makes decisions without you
What will help you succeed
Track record running high-volume content production: has built and held a schedule
Sets the standard for what is "good" in writing, documents it, and enforces it
Has developed individual contributors: knows how to move people from good to great, not just manage performance
Proactive by default: brings problems and proposes solutions before they're asked
Data-literate: tracks output, spots trends, and uses numbers to make decisions, not just report them
