Working on-site at the Yongah Hill Immigration Detention Centre, the Clinical Team Leader provides clinical and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring detainees receive timely, safe, and high-quality healthcare services. You will work closely with the Health Service Manager to oversee service delivery, support staff development, manage clinical risks, and promote positive health outcomes.

Let’s talk about you:
You will be a Registered Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA registration. (Division 1) You will bring a minimum of five years' clinical nursing experience within an operational healthcare setting, along with demonstrated leadership experience in primary health, correctional health, community health, or another complex healthcare environment.
You will be confident leading multidisciplinary teams, driving positive service outcomes, and managing complex situations using sound problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
