About the Role
We are seeking experienced Intelligence Operations and Collection Specialists to contribute to an AI training and evaluation project focused on intelligence operations and national security.
We are particularly interested in professionals with current or previous experience within civilian intelligence agencies, such as the CIA, NSA, MI6/SIS, GCHQ, or equivalent national intelligence organizations.
In this role, you will use your professional expertise to evaluate AI-generated intelligence scenarios, assess the realism of collection methodologies, and identify inaccuracies in operational and analytical materials. Your feedback will help improve how AI systems understand and reason about intelligence operations, collection processes, and national security matters.
Candidates with experience in HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, intelligence collection management, or operational planning are especially encouraged to apply. Previous AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated scenarios involving intelligence collection, operational planning, and national security decision-making.
Assess the accuracy, realism, and relevance of intelligence collection methodologies and operational processes.
Review and refine intelligence-related case studies, analytical summaries, and scenario-based materials.
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, unsupported assumptions, and unrealistic representations in AI-generated content.
Evaluate the application of intelligence collection disciplines and relevant operational frameworks.
Assess whether scenarios appropriately reflect civilian intelligence agency procedures, legal authorities, and interagency coordination.
Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning and understanding of intelligence operations.
Apply professional judgment to distinguish realistic intelligence practices from inaccurate or oversimplified representations.
Deliver clear, accurate, and well-organized written assessments within project requirements.
Requirements
Current or previous professional experience within a civilian intelligence agency or equivalent national intelligence organization.
Professional experience in at least one relevant intelligence discipline, including:
Understanding of intelligence collection processes, operational frameworks, and national security requirements.
Familiarity with intelligence requirements, collection planning, and intelligence information evaluation.
Strong analytical judgment and the ability to identify inconsistencies and operational inaccuracies.
Excellent written communication skills and the ability to explain complex intelligence concepts clearly.
Ability to work independently and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
Investigate insurance claims by analyzing digital and technical evidence, reconstructing loss events, identifying potential fraud, and producing clear, evidence-based assessments for investigators and AI evaluation projects.
Assess cargo condition, container integrity, securing arrangements, and damage evidence from shipment records and photographs, producing clear, evidence-based findings for cargo logistics and compliance evaluation.
Oversee policy, benefits, vendors, claims review, and financial safeguards for the UUA Health Plan, bringing relevant health insurance, plan administration, pharmacy benefit, finance, HR, or medical expertise.
Own internal delivery across a high volume of marketing projects, turning client priorities into actionable plans and coordinating teams, timelines, approvals, and quality checks through execution.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead technical projects from initiation to closure, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery within scope and budget.
