- Execute ABM and regional marketing initiatives, collaborating with Sales and SDR teams on prioritization and planning.
- Independently manage day-to-day decisions, proactively address risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Develop and document AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and scalability across marketing operations.
- Analyze program performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
🛠️ Requirements
- 3-5 years in field or regional marketing, or events, with end-to-end ownership of programs.
- Strong project, time, and stakeholder management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms like Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
- Experience operationalizing AI in marketing work, including reusable prompts and documented processes.
