Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Overview
This role is for a Michigan-licensed LPC who will provide counseling to clients through telehealth. You will work with adults, adolescents, and families based on caseload needs, helping clients address concerns that may be affecting their mood, relationships, behavior, or day-to-day life. The position involves regular client sessions, intake work, clinical documentation, and follow-up throughout care. You will also use your judgment to recognize when a client may need additional services or a different level of support.

Manage a Nevada client caseload from intake through discharge, providing virtual counseling, setting and adjusting therapy goals, maintaining clinical records, and responding to changing or urgent care needs.
Provide telehealth psychotherapy and clinical assessments for clients across Hawaii, addressing emotional, behavioral, and situational concerns while managing cases, maintaining records, and coordinating referrals.
Provide virtual counseling to assigned clients, develop individualized therapy plans, document clinical care, track progress, and adjust treatment strategies to support client goals and outcomes.
Provide telehealth counseling to clients by assessing mental health concerns, setting treatment goals, documenting progress, and delivering ongoing therapeutic support to help improve emotional health and daily functioning.
Provide one-on-one counseling to clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, and life changes, while maintaining clinical records and coordinating additional support when needed.
