Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Position
This role is for a Massachusetts-licensed LMHC who wants to spend the majority of the workday focused on therapy. You’ll meet with clients by video, work through the concerns they bring to each session, and use your clinical experience to help them make sense of what they’re experiencing.
Administrative support is available for non-clinical tasks, allowing you to stay focused on client care and the documentation connected to your sessions.

Provides virtual one-on-one counseling to clients across Louisiana, managing a full caseload, documenting care, assessing client needs, and escalating complex or urgent concerns to clinical contacts.
Provide individual therapy through scheduled telehealth sessions, guide client care, maintain accurate clinical records, and identify when clients may need additional resources or services.
Provide individual telehealth therapy to clients across New Mexico, manage scheduled sessions and clinical documentation, and collaborate with a clinical supervisor on complex cases and ongoing care.
Provide counseling to clients through secure video appointments, tailoring care to their concerns while maintaining consistent follow-through, accurate clinical records, and professional, ethical practice.
Provide individual and group telehealth counseling to Washington clients, conduct intake sessions, maintain clinical records, respond to changing care needs, and coordinate additional services.
