Telehealth Therapist – Washington State

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $100,000–$110,000 per year, plus benefits
About the Position
This full-time remote role is open to therapists licensed in Washington State. You’ll work with individuals and groups through virtual sessions, supporting clients with a range of mental health concerns while keeping your workday focused on direct clinical care. The position also includes the routine charting and case follow-through needed to keep care organized from one appointment to the next.

Provide video therapy to individuals, couples, and families, addressing relationship and family concerns while maintaining clinical records, recognizing needs for added care, and coordinating outside services when appropriate.
Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families, helping clients navigate relationship concerns, parenting challenges, separation, grief, and family changes through structured, sensitive conversations.
Provide individual therapy through scheduled telehealth sessions, manage clinical documentation, monitor client needs and safety, and consult with clinicians while meeting Rhode Island licensing and ethical standards.
Provide individual and family therapy to adults through video sessions, assess client concerns, maintain clinical documentation, adjust care as needs evolve, and participate in case reviews and professional development.
Provide individual telehealth therapy to adults across Vermont, assess clients’ concerns and circumstances, maintain clinical records, coordinate care, and connect clients with community or healthcare resources.
