Remote Mental Health Therapist Role (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) – Washington
This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health care in a fully remote setting. As a Mental Health Therapist you will deliver evidence-based treatment through telehealth, conducting assessments, therapy sessions, and maintaining thorough documentation. A valid Washington State license is required.
Schedule: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually + full benefits package.

Provide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy in a virtual outpatient clinic, using clinical screenings and patient-centered, culturally competent care to support clinical and functional outcomes.
Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families, supporting clients with relationship, parenting, family, and other personal concerns while maintaining clinical records and coordinating follow-up care.
Provide virtual counseling to individuals, couples, and families, managing an outpatient caseload and using evidence-based interventions to address relationship and mental health concerns and track treatment progress.
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy through telehealth, build and manage a patient caseload, and collaborate with therapists and psychiatric prescribers to deliver coordinated, patient-centered behavioral health care.
Provide individualized mental health support through scheduled telehealth or occasional onsite sessions, address a range of clinical cases, and collaborate with the clinical team to improve the program and platform.
