A full-time telehealth opportunity is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Delaware. This position is suited for a clinician with experience addressing complex family dynamics, marital concerns, and individual mental health needs. The work includes managing an outpatient caseload, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and helping clients make lasting changes in how they communicate, manage emotions, and approach personal challenges.

Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families, supporting clients with relationship, parenting, family, and other personal concerns while maintaining clinical records and coordinating follow-up care.
Provides virtual counseling to individuals, couples, and families, developing treatment plans, addressing emotional and relationship concerns, and monitoring client progress through timely clinical documentation.
Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families, guiding sessions on relationship and family concerns while maintaining current clinical documentation and coordinating with other providers as needed.
Provide telehealth counseling to individuals, couples, and families, helping clients address relationship and family concerns while managing clinical documentation, referrals, and safety needs.
Provide individual DBT therapy and skills groups to adolescents through live video, using digital lessons and assessments to support skill development and monitor outcomes between sessions.
