Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
This position is open to an LMFT licensed in Louisiana who will work with individuals, couples, and families through telehealth. The work may involve relationship strain, parenting concerns, changes in family roles, grief, stress, or other situations that are affecting life at home. You’ll lead scheduled sessions, help clients work through the issues they bring to therapy, and use your clinical experience to decide when a different approach or added support may be needed.

Provide video therapy to individuals, couples, and families, addressing relationship and family concerns while maintaining clinical records, recognizing needs for added care, and coordinating outside services when appropriate.
Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families, helping clients navigate relationship concerns, parenting challenges, separation, grief, and family changes through structured, sensitive conversations.
Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families across Delaware, supporting clients with relationship and family concerns while maintaining clinical documentation, assessing care needs, and making referrals when.
Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families, supporting clients through relationship challenges, family conflict, grief, and life changes while maintaining clinical documentation and coordinating additional care.
Provide individual and group telehealth counseling to Washington clients, conduct intake sessions, maintain clinical records, respond to changing care needs, and coordinate additional services.
