Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Massachusetts

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Summary
A Massachusetts-licensed LMFT is needed for a fully remote therapy role. Your caseload may include adults, couples, and family members working through issues such as separation, changing family roles, recurring disagreements, grief, or stress within the household. You’ll have ownership of your sessions and the clinical work connected to them, while remaining part of a team you can consult when a case becomes more complex.

Provide virtual therapy to individuals and families across California, addressing relationship, parenting, and family concerns while completing clinical documentation and participating in case consultation.
Provide virtual individual and family therapy to clients with diverse mental health concerns, assess personal and social factors, maintain clinical records, and coordinate additional services when needed.
Provide telehealth therapy to individuals and families, guide cases using clinical judgment, document sessions, and collaborate with the clinical team through consultations and case reviews.
Provide individual and family therapy through telehealth, assess client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, document progress, and support clients’ mental health and emotional well-being.
Provide individual and family therapy to adults through scheduled telehealth appointments, managing clinical follow-up, documentation, and care reassessment while collaborating with the clinical team as needed.
