Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Summary
We are hiring an LCSW licensed in Connecticut to provide virtual therapy to individuals and families. You will work with clients facing a range of mental health concerns, while also considering the personal, family, and social factors that may be affecting their situation. This role combines direct therapy with the broader perspective of clinical social work, including coordination with other services when additional support is needed.

Provide individual and family therapy through telehealth, assess client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, document progress, and support clients’ mental health and emotional well-being.
Provide virtual therapy to individuals and families across California, addressing relationship, parenting, and family concerns while completing clinical documentation and participating in case consultation.
Provide individual and family therapy to adults through scheduled telehealth appointments, managing clinical follow-up, documentation, and care reassessment while collaborating with the clinical team as needed.
Provide telehealth mental health care to individuals and families by conducting assessments, delivering ongoing therapy, managing an independent caseload, and coordinating care while maintaining clinical documentation.
Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families, guide clients through relationship and household concerns, document clinical work, and consult with colleagues on complex cases.
