Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Alaska
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Job Summary
We are looking for an LMFT licensed in Alaska to work with individuals, couples, and families. You may be helping a couple work through communication issues, supporting a family during a difficult transition, or meeting with an individual dealing with stress at home. The focus of the role is simple: provide consistent therapy, understand what each client needs, and help them work through the issues bringing them to treatment.
Responsibilities
- Meet with individuals, couples, and families for therapy sessions

- Provide practical guidance and support during sessions
