- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations and oversee month-end and year-end close.
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting; coordinate audits and external reporting.
- Improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Mentor accounting staff and partner with leadership on reporting and operational initiatives.
🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
- CPA preferred but not required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
