This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan remotely and be able to travel to Yamagata upon the client’s requests. We are looking for a potential candidate who can lead the workstream at the client's side as well as large projects in the near future.

We are looking for an experienced Change & Training / Site Adoption Specialist to drive organizational change management, user training, and adoption activities within a complex SAP transformation environment. The role focuses on preparing business users for new systems, processes, and ways of working by developing effective change management strategies, training programs, and site readiness initiatives. Working closely with project managers, business stakeholders, functional teams, and local site representatives, the specialist ensures successful solution adoption, smooth transitions, and sustainable business outcomes across multiple locations.

The Project Manager, Atlas coordinates cross-functional workstreams, connects product roadmaps with delivery capacity, supports financial and annual planning, and prepares leaders for QBRs and board meetings.
Manage midstream infrastructure projects from conceptual studies through detailed design and closeout, overseeing project finances, client relationships, change management, and coordination across technical and delivery teams.
