We're looking for a People Advisor to be a trusted, go-to expert on employee relations and day-to-day people advice across the Group, while getting real exposure to strategic projects alongside our People Business Partners.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the first point of expertise for employee relations matters, coaching and supporting managers at all levels to build their own confidence and capability. You'll keep on top of employment legislation, work with external legal partners and ACAS when needed, and play a hands-on role supporting the people integration of newly acquired businesses — a brilliant opportunity to build M&A experience as we continue to grow through acquisition.
Beyond ER, you'll work closely with our People Business Partners on wider projects that shape our people agenda, using data and insight to track impact and make evidence-based recommendations.
