- Around 2 years' experience in software or application development
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, ideally with experience in backend or full stack development
- Experience building or working with APIs, web services or REST based architecture
- Good understanding of object oriented design or similar programming principles
- Some exposure to relational databases
- Interest in scalable systems, cloud platforms and reliability
- Ability to learn new languages, frameworks and tools
- Curiosity around AI adoption, LLMs and modern engineering workflows
