Technical Product Manager, Kubernetes Services β Remote (US)
Drive the vision and roadmap for k0rdent AI's Kubernetes services, ensuring effective delivery and operation of managed Kubernetes for diverse cloud providers.
We partner with MSK provider groups and specialty clinics to help them grow, operate more efficiently, and deliver better longitudinal care across patient acquisition, clinical workflows, and ongoing patient engagement. Our platform sits at the intersection of care delivery and clinic operations, helping providers capture more value across the full patient lifecycle.
Weβve recently raised our Series B and are entering our next phase of growth.
Revenue cycle is where clinic economics are won or lost, and it is one of the most operationally painful parts of running a practice. We're hiring an RCM Product Manager to own that surface area end to end: eligibility, authorizations, and the EHR integrations that everything else depends on.
This role reports directly to the CEO. You will own the roadmap for revenue cycle, work closely with Engineering to ship it, and stay close enough to real clinic workflows to know when a spec is wrong before it gets built. The right person has lived in revenue cycle long enough to know where the edge cases hide, and has the product instincts to decide what actually gets built.
Own the product roadmap for revenue cycle: eligibility, prior authorizations, claims-adjacent workflows, and EHR integrations.
Translate the operational reality of revenue cycle into product requirements engineers can build against.
Partner with Engineering on scoping, sequencing, and trade-offs, and stay involved through delivery.
Work directly with clinics and internal operations teams to understand where the current process breaks and what it costs them.
Define success metrics for revenue cycle features and hold the roadmap accountable to them.
Prioritize across integration work, new capability, and reliability with clear reasoning behind each call.
Partner with leadership on how revenue cycle capability shapes the broader platform strategy.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years in product management roles.
Direct experience with revenue cycle management: eligibility verification, prior authorizations, and EHR integrations.
Demonstrated ability to own a complex, integration-heavy product area end to end.
Strong written and verbal communication. You can make a technical trade-off legible to a clinical or executive audience.
Comfort operating with high autonomy in a fast-moving startup, reporting directly to the CEO.
Able to travel to NYC as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
CS degree or equivalent technical background.
Solutions engineering experience in a major EHR environment (Epic or similar), particularly if you can still write code.
NYC preferred. Excellent candidates can work remotely, with regular travel to NYC.
We have video on for our weekly team syncs and pair-coding/tech discussions. Camera is required to be on during meetings.
This is what you can expect of your teammates at Flagler:
Owner: We own our work like founders. We don't wait to be asked, and we pick up the problem nobody else has.
Builder: We like making things from scratch. We don't need a playbook to start, and we'd rather ship a rough first version than wait on a perfect spec.
Fast: We make quick decisions. We favor progress and respect process.
Transparent: We communicate directly. We value merit and honesty, and we challenge assumptions, including our own.
Curious: We explore new approaches and ask "why" often.
