The Role
As a Junior Solutions Analyst, you won't be sitting on the sidelines or following a rigid instruction manual. You will have direct ownership from day one helping onboard clients, configuring complex AI workflows to exact business logic, and constantly finding ways to improve the product.

This role is ideal for a high-energy self-starter with a strong analytical or technical background (such as STEM, Engineering, or quantitative fields) who wants a dynamic, client-facing role in tech rather than pure software development or pure strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Client Onboarding & Configuration: Take ownership of client setups on the Finova AI platform, configuring complex business rules, system settings, and operational logic.

• Proactive Problem-Solving: Investigate technical edge-cases, troubleshoot configurations independently, and collaborate with engineering to resolve blockers.

• Product Optimization: Act as a feedback loop between live clients and our tech team, identifying platform gaps, proposing new features, and testing releases.

• Market & Process Mastery: Rapidly build deep expertise in financial workflows, broker operations, and modern AI capability.

• Cross-Functional Ownership: Create clear process documentation, support live client demos, and step up to assist commercial teams where needed.
