We're looking for a Senior SDET to own quality engineering end-to-end. This is a greenfield opportunity — you'll define the strategy, choose the tools, and build the automation infrastructure from scratch. You'll work directly alongside our engineering team as the first quality engineer, so you need to be self-sufficient, opinionated, and driven.
This is an 70/30 role: 70% automation, 30% exploratory and manual testing.
Design and implement our QA strategy from the ground up
Build and maintain automated test suites across API, UI, and integration layers
Integrate testing into our CI/CD pipelines and own the quality gates
Perform exploratory and manual testing on new features and releases
Define quality metrics and report on them to the wider team
Collaborate with engineers to improve testability at the design stage
Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate test creation and coverage
• 5+ years in SDET, QA Engineering, or similar
• Strong hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, REST Assured, or similar)
• Proficiency in Typescript and Python
• Experience building test infrastructure from scratch — not just inheriting existing frameworks
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and integrating tests into pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools and an appetite to keep up with the space
• Comfortable working independently without a QA team around them
C# and/or Java experience is an advantage
Experience with contract testing (Pact or similar)
Performance testing exposure (k6, Locust)
Accessibility testing awareness (WCAG, axe-core)
Temporal.io experience
Defines and executes manual and automated test strategies for enterprise software, building test frameworks and integrating testing into CI/CD to reduce regression risk and improve release quality.
Own quality certification for weekly platform releases in a restricted environment, developing and maintaining system tests and automation to protect critical customer workflows, reliability, and compatibility.
As a Senior SDET on the PAM team, you will architect and build automation systems that validate complex, security-sensitive access workflows across cloud infrastructure and enterprise environments.
Build scalable test automation frameworks for multi-language SDKs, MCP protocols, and AI-powered workflows, improving developer productivity, defect detection, and release confidence.
The Senior SDET will define test strategy and build maintainable automation, partnering across Engineering, Product, and AI to improve quality, reliability, and secure development practices across a growing SaaS platform.
