This role is equal parts operational execution and business building. You will be expected to understand the business, identify issues before they become problems, dig into data, navigate retailers and internal systems and independently.
The Sales Admin will support the sales team by managing client communications, coordinating move-ins, and ensuring accurate booking setups in a fast-paced environment.
As a Mission Associate, you will support account executives by managing administrative tasks, ensuring accurate CRM records, and improving sales efficiency across federal and defense sectors.
Supports regional sales teams by managing sales tracking and CRM updates, preparing targeted marketing materials, coordinating events, and assisting with school visits and product drop-offs.
Support the sales cycle by handling administrative tasks, customer inquiries, onboarding, renewals, and reporting while helping the outside sales team identify opportunities and deliver strong customer service.
