Purpose of the Job:
The Lead, Program Governance & Enablement is an individual contributor role within the Integration Management Office (IMO). Working directly with the Senior Director, Program Management, the incumbent plays a key role in driving integration execution, governance effectiveness, and delivery outcomes across the program.
The role is responsible for leading assigned integration workstreams, initiatives, and cross-functional deliverables while also providing governance, reporting, and program management support across the broader integration. The incumbent works with stakeholders across business and corporate functions to drive milestones, manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and actions, and help remove blockers that may impact program delivery.
In addition, the role brings together information from across the program to produce executive materials, governance reporting, and actionable insights for leadership decision-making. The role works closely with senior leaders, workstream owners, and delivery teams to ensure integration commitments are progressing as planned and that emerging issues are identified and addressed promptly.
The role provides broad exposure across the integration, including the Executive Steering Committee, IMO All Hands, leadership updates, the integration program management platform, and consolidated reporting on contracts, Transition Service Agreements, synergies, and benefits.
The role suits an organized, analytically strong individual who can structure problems, work through ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes in a complex environment. Relevant experience may come from management consulting, a Big Four firm, an internal strategy or transformation team, program management, or another demanding environment requiring structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication.

Leads regional and global Orange Movement programs, partnerships, training, and capital mobilization, coordinating teams and stakeholders to advance gender equality and climate finance initiatives.
Design and scale enablement systems for the Delivery organization, building onboarding, certification, training, and measurement programs that improve team productivity, quality, speed, and efficiency.
Lead strategic account planning and cross-functional execution for priority CDN customers, turning customer, market, and competitive insights into focused growth opportunities, executive engagement, and measurable progress.
Leads TrustFlight’s largest, most complex customer implementation programmes, owning governance, scope, delivery coordination and go-live readiness while building consistent project management standards across Implementation.
Own the planning and operating systems for a national security policy team, coordinating cross-functional programs, deliverables, and external engagements while keeping priorities, decisions, risks, and follow-through on track.
