  • Execute New Business Onboarding: Deliver and improve the onboarding experience from day 1 to 30, coordinating curriculum development and measuring effectiveness.
  • Support Ongoing Development: Extend onboarding into continuous learning programs that keep AEs updated as products and markets evolve.
  • Content Governance: Maintain and organize training materials, ensuring accessibility and relevance for sales representatives.
  • Support Broader Enablement Programs: Assist in delivering learning sessions and certifications that contribute to overall performance.
  • Manage Tools & Systems: Oversee operations and training for tools like Salesforce and GTM Buddy, troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Drive Clarity Through Communication: Provide timely updates on onboarding expectations and enablement resources.

🛠️ Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing and owning onboarding or training programs for sales teams.
  • Public speaking excellence, comfortable presenting to audiences of various sizes.
  • 3+ years in sales enablement, sales, revenue operations, L&D, or GTM operations.
  • Strong program ownership skills with the ability to build structured programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple workstreams.
  • Experience with instructional design and tying training metrics to KPIs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Gong, Attention, Outreach, and Salesforce is advantageous.
