- Steer and accompany monthly business reviews, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Develop long-term business plans and ad-hoc business cases for investment decision evaluations.
- Create driver models and KPI systems for comprehensive performance analysis across business areas.
- Analyze business development and reporting for direct and indirect operations, providing actionable recommendations.
- Prepare presentations and decision templates for project approvals.
- Support colleagues in business intelligence, financial controlling, and M&A.
🛠️ Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in controlling and FP&A, preferably in consulting or corporate environments.
- Proficient in creating business plans and financial modeling.
- Strong communication skills to manage national and international stakeholders.
- Analytical and holistic thinking with a high degree of ownership.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in Lucanet, Tableau, VBA, and SQL preferred.
- Fluent in German and English.
