  • You organize and run board and general meetings, prepare resolutions and minutes, and maintain all statutory registers, minute books and records.

  • You take care of registrations and local compliance, including GST, Shops and Establishment, Professional Tax, EPFO and digital signatures, and keep our office addresses and licenses in order.
  • You own our POSH compliance: you support the Internal Committee, track its set-up, meetings and annual filings, organize trainings and keep case records confidential and complete.
  • You work with our external advisors, auditors and authorities, and make sure that external support is used where it adds value, and not where an Emmie can do it faster.
  • You act as legal sparring partner for our India team and advise on day-to-day questions, for example on contracts, e-commerce and consumer regulations, and other compliance topics, and involve external counsel when needed.
  • You support selected corporate secretarial tasks for our other APAC entities, together with our local teams and advisors.
  • You continuously improve our processes: compliance calendars, templates and documentation that make the next filing easier than the last one.
  • Who We're Looking For:

  • You are a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI) and/or hold a law degree with strong achievements.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in corporate secretarial and compliance work, ideally in-house at a multinational or at a law, company secretary or chartered accountant firm.
