- Own the DevOps and Platform roadmap, including Kubernetes platform evolution and application migration to EKS.
- Lead by doing, enhancing Kubernetes and CNCF-aligned infrastructure while setting technical standards.
- Architect multi-cluster, multi-region environments using Istio/Linkerd and Cluster API.
- Build progressive delivery frameworks with Flux and Flagger for GitOps-driven releases.
- Implement modern provisioning with controllers like Crossplane for Kubernetes-native cloud integration.
- Champion DevSecOps maturity by embedding SAST/DAST and chaos engineering.
🛠️ Requirements
- Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams with hands-on contributions.
- Strong Kubernetes knowledge, including cluster lifecycle management and API extensions.
- Designing and operating multi-cluster, multi-region Kubernetes platforms.
- Writing Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform on AWS or GCP.
- Implementing GitOps pipelines with ArgoCD or FluxCD.
- Building containerized systems with strong observability.
