- Define the source-of-truth strategy for enterprise knowledge, including authoritative systems and AI eligibility.
- Establish enterprise standards for AI-ready content, focusing on structure, metadata, and access.
- Design control models for AI actions to ensure traceability and safety as capabilities evolve.
- Lead platform and connector strategy across the content stack, partnering with IT and Engineering.
- Build a federated operating model for enterprise content stewardship and lifecycle policies.
- Define content quality metrics in an AI context and evaluate retrieval effectiveness.
🛠️ Requirements
- 7+ years designing information structure at enterprise scale, including 2 years in AI retrieval.
- Direct experience preparing content for AI, with fluency in retrieval-augmented generation and semantic chunking.
- Hands-on experience with knowledge graphs and semantic models for machine consumption.
- Proven track record of building federated operating models across functions.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders in Engineering, IT, Legal, and Security.
