JOB REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES
You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Oversee shift-level cost, inventory, and cash controls while supporting customer relations, daily operations, employee development, and food safety in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Manage and develop a customer service team, drive store performance and operations, and improve the customer experience while supporting service sales and commercial goals.
The Head Housekeeper supervises and supports housekeeping and janitorial teams, coordinating daily workloads, training, safety practices, and quality audits while coaching staff on the floor.
Own the Generosity experimentation strategy and roadmap, lead and develop analysts, and guide hands-on testing that turns rigorous analysis into business decisions and strategic priorities.
Oversee shift operations by managing costs, inventory, and cash while supporting customer relations, employee development, food safety, and day-to-day procedures.
