The Small Business Product organisation is on a journey to modernize how D&B engage with our small business clients, making it easier for them to do business with us by simplifying our product offerings, introducing new solutions based on customer feedback and providing more ways of buying from us, including e-commerce. We are now looking for our next Product Manager, sitting in our beautiful Warsaw office (on a hybrid basis) but working within a global team.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, engineering, sales, and marketing, you’ll translate customer and market needs into clear priorities and deliver impactful product enhancements within the Small Business Product offerings. This role will also work closely with other Small Business GTM Managers to craft and execute a strategy that is driven based on customer feedback.

This role will based based at our Warsaw office where we have a hybrid working set up, with at least 2 days a week in the office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in product management within the product lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of market research, customer needs, and competitive analysis
  • Proven experience contributing to the success of a product across its lifecycle
  • Analytical and results‑driven, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and a strong collaborative team player
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, technology, and analytics teams
  • Ability to translate business goals into clear product requirements
  • Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong ownership mindset: proactive, curious, and motivated to solve problems and drive outcomes
  • Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and development
  • Fluent English required, German or Polish would be a bonus
  • Manage and innovate the development of next-generation bikeshare station products, leading cross-functional teams to enhance urban transportation solutions.
