WHAT’S THE JOB?
Based in a world class Horizon North camp facility, the regular shift for this position is 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, with 10 - 12 hour workdays. Transportation is provided to site from a pickup point.
The Second Cook is responsible for assisting in the overall kitchen operations and maintenance as well as cleaning and sanitizing of designated kitchen areas, tools, equipment, pots, and dishes.

Produces and quality-checks client documents by editing, proofreading, formatting, and converting files, coordinating team workflows, troubleshooting complex issues, and meeting deadlines while handling confidential information.
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer tracks HCI implementation and results, analyzes project data, strengthens learning and adaptive management, and supports reporting and evaluation with Indigenous and local community partners.
Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for construction projects, analyze project costs, and collaborate with estimators and project managers to develop comprehensive bid proposals using takeoff software.
Coordinates project planning, schedules, cross-functional teams, deliverables, and documentation while tracking risks, budgets, and milestones to support on-time, within-scope delivery under PMO processes.
Own end-to-end delivery of complex software projects, managing scope, budgets, timelines, client relationships, and distributed teams while identifying technical risks and improving delivery practices.
