Senior Stock Plan Administrator

We are looking for a Senior Stock Plan Administrator to lead and enhance our equity plan operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency as we grow.

Requirements

• 8+ years in equity plan administration or stock plan management.
• Hands-on experience with Carta; familiarity with Shareworks is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of equity compensation principles and tax treatment.
• Proficiency with payroll systems integration and tax withholding processes.
• Excellent communication skills for consulting and explaining equity concepts.
