Delphi Care Solutions is expanding its specialist Quality Improvement & Inspection team and we're looking for experienced quality professionals who want to have a genuine impact on care services across the UK.
Whether you're a former CQC Inspector, an experienced Head of Quality, Governance Lead, Regional Support Manager or Quality Consultant, this role offers the opportunity to use your expertise in a more influential, varied and rewarding way.
This isn't a traditional compliance position.
You'll work directly with care providers to conduct mock inspections, identify areas for improvement, support service turnaround projects and help leadership teams raise standards before regulators arrive.
You'll be working with organisations that genuinely want support, improvement and challenge from someone who understands exactly what inspectors look for and what good care should look like in practice.

As a Quality Improvement & Inspection Lead, you'll support providers across residential care, nursing, supported living and domiciliary care services through a variety of quality-focused projects.

Lead quality improvement projects for care providers, conducting mock inspections, assessing risks, advising senior leaders and helping services embed sustainable improvements across diverse care settings.
Own and lead the ISO 9001 QMS internal audit program, from risk-based audit planning and execution to CAPA verification, supplier audits, management reporting, and registrar audit readiness.
Own clinical regulatory strategy and documentation for medical devices across the EU, FDA, and UK, including clinical evaluations, study submissions, post-market evidence, and guidance to hardware and software teams.
Plans and conducts ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 management system audits, delivering certification assessments, accurate reporting and strong client service while maintaining auditor registrations and industry knowledge.
