Job Description
We are looking for a Retail Media Projects & Performance Manager to join our Regional Retail Media team in Singapore.
The role will support the growth and performance of our Retail Media business across APAC & EU by combining performance management, market acceleration and project execution.
Working closely with regional and local Retail Media teams, you will help track business performance, identify opportunities and risks, coordinate improvement actions, and support the implementation of key regional initiatives across markets.
You will also manage selected Retail Media projects, helping translate regional priorities into clear plans and ensuring effective coordination between markets and cross-functional teams.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, structured and execution-oriented, and who enjoys working across multiple markets and stakeholders to turn business priorities into tangible results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management & Insights
- Track Retail Media performance across APAC & EU markets against targets and key business KPIs.
- Support regular regional performance reviews by consolidating insights, highlighting key drivers and identifying required actions.
- Work with market teams to understand performance gaps and follow up on agreed improvement actions.
- Support forecasting and business planning processes with relevant analysis and market inputs.
- Develop clear and actionable performance reporting for regional and local stakeholders.
2. Market Acceleration
- Support selected markets in identifying opportunities to accelerate Retail Media revenue and improve commercial performance.
- Conduct deep dives into specific markets, customers or revenue streams to understand underlying performance drivers.
- Work with local teams to translate findings into practical acceleration plans and track progress against agreed actions.
- Identify successful initiatives and ways of working across markets and support their replication in other relevant markets.
- Provide additional coordination and analytical support to markets during key commercial periods or strategic initiatives.
3. Retail Media Projects
- Manage selected regional Retail Media projects from planning through implementation.
- Translate project objectives into clear workplans, milestones, responsibilities and success metrics.
- Coordinate activities across Retail Media, Commercial, Product, Marketing, Operations and other relevant teams.
- Track project progress, dependencies and risks, escalating blockers where required.
- Support pilots and new initiatives across selected markets, capturing results and learnings to inform potential regional rollout.
- Ensure project outcomes and learnings are documented and shared across the Retail Media organisation.
4. Commercial & Business Analysis
- Analyse revenue performance across advertisers, categories, markets and Retail Media solutions.
- Identify potential opportunities to increase advertiser investment and adoption of Retail Media products.
- Support business cases and opportunity sizing for new initiatives.
- Provide data and insights to support regional commercial priorities and market discussions.
- Help establish benchmarks that allow markets to compare performance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Ways of Working & Best Practice
- Support the development of common processes, templates and tools for Retail Media performance management and project execution.
- Identify opportunities to simplify recurring processes and improve visibility across markets.
- Document and share best practices, case studies and learnings from successful market initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing between local Retail Media teams.
- Help ensure regional initiatives are consistently implemented and tracked across participating markets.

Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in business performance, project management, commercial strategy, e-commerce, digital advertising, Retail Media or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with commercial and performance data.
- Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to translate analysis into clear actions and recommendations.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Commercial mindset and interest in understanding the drivers behind business performance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams and markets.
- Hands-on and execution-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Experience in regional or multi-market environments is an advantage.
- Experience in Retail Media, advertising, marketplaces or e-commerce is a plus.
