- Deliver customer meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, workflow assessments, and solution discussions with Sales.
- Create reusable sales materials, including presentation scripts, workflow scenarios, FAQs, and supporting content.
- Configure and maintain demonstration environments, workflows, test data, and integrations; troubleshoot workflow and usability issues.
- Translate clinical and technical concepts into customer-focused solutions and communicate product feedback to internal teams.
- Assess radiology workflows and explore how technology, automation, and AI can improve efficiency and the radiologist experience.
- Support RFP responses, site visits, product validation, implementations, training, and customer feedback initiatives.
🛠️ Requirements
- Clinical radiology experience and strong knowledge of cross-sectional imaging and mammography workflows.
- Understanding of radiology operations, healthcare IT systems, and imaging informatics.
- Experience with PACS, RIS, EHR/EMR, voice recognition, reporting, or related clinical systems.
- Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, APIs, integrations, and interoperability concepts.
- Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to engage clinical, technical, and executive audiences.
- Preferred: experience in radiologic technology, clinical applications, PACS/RIS analysis, imaging informatics, or related vendor roles.
- Preferred: knowledge of radiology technology implementations, AI-enabled solutions, or cloud-based healthcare platforms.
