The Implementation Engineer is responsible for end-to-end technical deployment, integration, and validation of Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) and related DeepHealth imaging solutions at hospitals and other healthcare facilities. This role partners with clinical and technical stakeholders, including radiologists, radiology administrators, clinical staff, network engineers, and third-party vendors, to deliver successful implementations with reliable DICOM workflows and enterprise imaging connectivity.
Leads hands-on PACS implementation, integration, and migration projects, designing healthcare system interfaces and ensuring reliable commissioning while coordinating and mentoring technical delivery teams.
Lead end-to-end Workday Scheduling implementations, translating business requirements into configured solutions while guiding stakeholders through testing, validation, deployment, and delivery.
Design and deliver complex ServiceNow solutions spanning integrations, automation, App Engine, portals, core platform development, and AI, while guiding customers on technical governance and implementation decisions.
Guide clients through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations and integrations, translating business needs into functional designs and supporting delivery, testing, training, and ongoing improvement.
Implements faculty information systems for higher-education institutions, mapping academic processes, configuring platforms and integrations, planning data migration and accreditation reporting, and training faculty and administrators.
