What We’re Looking For:
As a Profee Auditing Specialist, you will be instrumental in addressing consulting and educational needs related to coding quality, compliance assessments, external payer reviews, coding education, interim coding management, and coding workflow operations reviews. In this role, you will offer meaningful information tailored to exceed customer expectations, actively identifying and presenting solutions for customer issues. Conduct third-party food safety certification audits against standards such as BRCGS, FSSC 22000, and SQF, assess conformity, recommend certification decisions, and support auditor training and credential maintenance.
Reviews short- and long-term disability claim reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance, coordinating with physician reviewers and clients to resolve questions and deliver timely, high-quality case reviews.
Own and improve the enterprise IAM governance program, leading user access reviews, assessing access risks, driving remediation, and strengthening controls that support audits and regulatory obligations.
Own key elements of a global GRC programme, leading risk assessments, audit support, control testing, policy governance, and third-party risk oversight to strengthen security assurance and compliance.
Build and run independent monitoring of the global financial crime compliance framework, assess control effectiveness and emerging risks, and drive clear remediation with senior stakeholders.
