- Build and manage the sponsorship revenue plan, pipeline, and forecast for DASH, reporting progress against targets to Events and Marketing leadership.
- Develop and evolve tiered sponsorship packages across branding, speaking opportunities, booth space, digital assets, lead generation, and other offerings.
- Serve as the primary commercial relationship owner for sponsors from contract through onsite delivery, orchestrating the end-to-end partner journey.
- Collaborate with Events, Marketing, Sales, Partner Marketing, Community, and Finance on event inventory and logistics, sponsorship positioning, and revenue planning.
- Represent DASH and the sponsorship program in sponsor meetings and industry events, identifying opportunities to improve sponsorship products and sales processes.

- You have 5+ years of experience in sponsorship, media, advertising, or B2B partnership sales, ideally supporting technology events or conferences.
- You have a demonstrated track record of owning and achieving significant sponsorship or partnership revenue targets, ideally including portfolios of $2M+.
- You have experience managing a consultative sales cycle from prospecting through close with senior marketing, partnership, or business stakeholders.
- You have experience developing and pricing sponsorship packages rather than solely selling from an established rate card.
- You bring strong CRM, pipeline management, forecasting, written communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
- You are willing to travel and work onsite during DASH and global Datadog Summit events; established relationships across relevant technology partner ecosystems are a plus.

Full job description
The Senior Manager, Sponsorship Sales will own the strategy, sales, and execution of the sponsorship program for DASH, Datadogβs flagship annual conference, while also supporting sponsorship strategy and sales for global Datadog Summits. You will manage the full sponsorship sales cycle, from developing packages and prospecting through negotiation, closing, renewal, and partner experience. This role carries a sponsorship revenue target and partners closely with Events, Partner Marketing, Community, Sales, Finance, and leadership to build a scalable sponsorship program. You will have the opportunity to shape how Datadog packages, positions, and grows sponsorship offerings across its global conference portfolio.

- Manage the full consultative sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, closing, renewals, and expansion with new and existing sponsors, while maintaining accurate CRM and sales activity reporting.
- Serve as the primary commercial relationship owner for sponsors from contract through onsite delivery, orchestrating the end-to-end partner journey while Event Marketing and agency partners manage fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Events, Marketing, Sales, Partner Marketing, Community, and Finance on event inventory and logistics, sponsorship positioning, account strategy, invoicing, and revenue planning.
- Represent DASH and the sponsorship program in sponsor meetings, at industry events, and onsite at conferences while identifying opportunities to improve sponsorship products, pricing, and sales processes.
Who You Are:
