We are seeking an adaptable, highly reliable Conveyancing Paralegal to join our UK based client as a dedicated, full-time remote team member based in South Africa or the Philippines.
Our UK based client is an established East London law firm handling approximately 100 residential conveyancing matters per month. To relieve pressure across the department, free up existing UK fee earners, and ensure seamless service, the firm is creating a flexible, "floating" offshore conveyancing resource.
In this role, you will act as an essential operational engineβsupporting multiple fee earners, taking complete ownership of routine and post-completion work across the department, and stepping in to cover active caseloads during periods of high volume or annual leave under UK supervision. Whether assisting with initial searches, reviewing documents, or managing post-completion requirements, you will take work away from the team without creating additional management burden.
