  • Evaluate new trading opportunities and strategies across multi-asset classes and new markets, applying AI-assisted research workflows.
  • Leverage AI tools for competitor analysis, tracking strategies, new instrument launches, and market positioning.
  • Oversee the listings of new prediction market contracts, coordinating with product, risk, operations, and tech teams.
  • Own project management of trading initiatives, maintaining plans, timelines, and status updates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure milestones are met and blockers are escalated.
  • Manage day-to-day business operations across trading desks, including reporting and KPI tracking.

🛠️ Requirements

  • Min 3-4 years of experience in a trading, strategy, project management, business management, or financial services role.
  • Working knowledge of TradFi markets, crypto markets, or prediction/event markets.
  • Demonstrable project and programme management skills, familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC.
  • Experience or interest in AI tools like LLMs and automation platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing briefing notes and stakeholder presentations.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
