- Lead local end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from initiation through post-production support.
- Establish local project governance, communication plans, reporting structures, and escalation processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed local project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.
- Monitor local project performance and ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive-level status reporting.
🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or 4 years of SAP experience in lieu of a degree.
- 2+ years of project management experience, including leading enterprise ERP implementations.
- 2+ years of SAP/ERP experience.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-workstream ERP transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
