- 8+ years of backend or platform engineering experience at Staff level.

- Experience designing shared services for orchestration and execution pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, ArangoDB).
- Familiarity with messaging and caching systems (Kafka, Redis).
- Experience with containerized services and Kubernetes deployments.
