As the Global AI Solutions Director for Financial Services at Cloudera, you will drive AI-driven transformation and support sales and R&D initiatives in the financial sector.

Description

• Translate complex R&D advancements into business outcomes and sales strategies for Financial Services.
• Act as a trusted advisor, delivering presentations to C-level executives and maintaining technical credibility.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to align AI solutions with market needs.
• Provide AI expertise during sales cycles, assisting teams in validating architecture and calculating ROI.
• Represent Cloudera at global events, driving thought leadership on AI and advanced analytics in finance.
• Design and develop AI reference architectures and prototypes for specific Financial Services use cases.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the Financial Services ecosystem.
• Proven ability to build technical prototypes and design production-grade reference architectures.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise AI/ML engineering lifecycles and modern AI frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and business strategy presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
