Joining us as a Data Solution Architect

You'll play a key role in designing and delivering modern enterprise data, analytics and Agentic BI solutions, helping to shape CityFibre's AI-powered data platforms and support business transformation through intelligent, trusted and scalable data products.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

• Lead the solution architecture and design of enterprise data platforms, data lakes, data warehouses and AI-enabled analytics solutions
• Design data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, ingestion frameworks and integration patterns across enterprise systems
• Define and implement BI and Agentic BI architectures using Snowflake Cortex, Snowpark, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker and LLM technologies
• Develop architecture patterns for Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, semantic layers, knowledge graphs and enterprise AI assistants
• Establish governance, security, data quality and Responsible AI standards across data and AI solutions while providing technical leadership to delivery teams
• Create architecture roadmaps, reference architectures and technology standards while identifying opportunities to automate business processes through AI Agents and emerging technologies

What you’ll bring to the role

You'll be an experienced Data Solution Architect with a strong background in enterprise data architecture, cloud platforms, Business Intelligence and AI-enabled data solutions, combined with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

You’ll also have:

• Extensive experience designing enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, data mesh or lakehouse architectures
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, AWS data services, Python, Spark and data engineering frameworks
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, intelligent automation and AI-powered analytics solutions
• Experience implementing AI technologies such as Snowflake Cortex AI, Snowpark, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, vector search and semantic search architectures
• Experience delivering Business Intelligence platforms, self-service analytics solutions and working knowledge of DataOps, MLOps and LLMOps practices
• Demonstrable experience working in telecommunications and using industry best practice frameworks such as TM Forum, TOGAF, ITIL, BPMN and UML
