- Lead mixed-signal product projects with cross-functional silicon development teams to meet customer commitments.
- Represent engineering in collaboration with Product Marketing and customers, and enable communication across the organization.
- Develop methodologies to improve program performance, efficiency, and repeatability.
- Apply lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and prevent recurring problems.
🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required
- Minimum 3 years in project management with an IC manufacturer or silicon environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of post-silicon validation, characterization, qualification and manufacturing for mixed-signal IC products
- Strong project management fundamentals
- Familiar with project/program management tools such as MS Project
- 3+ years of project management experience leading post-silicon activities for sophisticated integrated circuit development projects
- Experience with product development cycles (concept to production)
- Plan and execute post-silicon bring-up, validation, characterization, qualification, and wafer and hardware planning.
