Cardinal Technology Systems Corp. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Software Developer to work for our company.
Summary
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
- The Software Developer will support application development, enhancement, troubleshooting, and implementation activities for government systems. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and supporting APIs, agile or hybrid low-code/no-code application development, and hands-on experience with Ab Initio and/or ServiceNow development. This role requires the ability to resolve software issues, recommend improvements, support documentation such as user manuals, and work collaboratively with technical and functional teams. The Software Developer may also act as a team lead by instructing, assigning, directing, and reviewing the work of other developers.
- Ideal candidates will have prior government or federal contract experience, possess the required Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI or equivalent investigation, and hold a DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level I baseline certification.
Requirements
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
- Must currently hold a DoD 8570/8140-approved baseline certification that satisfies IAT Level I requirements, such as CompTIA A+ CE, CompTIA Network+ CE, SSCP, or another certification accepted for IAT Level I compliance, and must be able to provide proof upon request.
- Five (5) years relevant experience.
- Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) to support Low-Code/No Code Development Platform models.
